Tiffany Chao

- Traffic: 1 year
- Birthday: January 9, 1987
- Past teams: SFU, Zephyr, Traffic, Ellipsis (Australia)
- Why did you start playing? It was fun, I was getting exercise, and learning something new.
- What are your greatest strengths as an athlete? I have great discipline for training, and adding to the team tank.
- How do you handle pressure? I definitely need to be better at this. I dig deep and stay within my role, I trust the team will do the same, and the system works.
- How do you avoid burnout? I didn't do this well at all. I don't know what I would do differently, but I needed years away from frisbee to feel better.
- Pre-game routine: Good night's rest. Lots of water. Good foam roller. Strong dynamic warm up. Good music to pump me up. Visualization.
- How do you approach setbacks? Put it in the bank. Don't do it again. Think about it later. Know that if we lost the game, so many points had to happen, and that I did not lose the game.
- What is your favorite quote? Perfect practice makes perfect
